Panel Discussion on African-Americans and Voting

As the 2020 election approaches, what challenges do African Americans still face in exercising their right to vote? Local leaders and members of the academic community will hold a discussion on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 2:30 p.m. at the Central Library in the auditorium. A Q & A session will follow the discussion.
