Hall of Justice badges require a staff-approved photo. Applicants can request an appointment to have their photo taken at the Government
Center 4th floor/ General Services Department or upload a digital
photo that meets the following requirements:
- JPEG format
- Maximum size of 10 MB
- Color photo
- No hats or sunglasses
- Avoid clothing with stripes or heavy prints
- Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera.
- Taken in front of a plain white or off-white background ONLY. Glare, shadows, or other background objects are unacceptable.
A $10.00 fee will be charged for each badge. This fee will also
apply to each bi-annual renewal, replacement of lost badges, and for name changes.
We can only accept checks or money orders made payable to Forsyth County General
Fund. Payment is due when the badges are picked up.
