Deputy Isaiah King is selected as the Sworn Staff Member of the Month in recognition of his outstanding performance, leadership, and dedication to the School Resource Division. Deputy King has consistently stepped up as a leader among his peers, serving as a mentor to fellow deputies and setting a strong example through his professionalism and work ethic. His willingness to guide and support others has contributed significantly to the development and cohesion of the division. In addition to his leadership, Deputy King played a key role in facilitating a new mentorship initiative within the School Resource Division. This program is designed to encourage deputies to build positive relationships with youth in their assigned schools. Demonstrating initiative and foresight, Deputy King also created a structured document to effectively track and manage the progress of this mentorship program, ensuring accountability and long-term success. Deputy King is always willing to step up to the plate to assist his Corporal and Sergeant whenever needed. His reliability, proactive attitude, and team-first mindset make him an invaluable asset to the division. Furthermore, Deputy King has been instrumental in fostering a positive atmosphere within the School Resource Division. His efforts to boost morale and serve as a positive influence have not gone unnoticed and have had a meaningful impact on both his colleagues and the community he serves.
