Lease of Dental Clinic Space

Forsyth County is soliciting Proposals for a Lease of Dental Clinic Space. We are currently leasing about 4,000 square feet.

• Size: 4,000 square feet +/-
• Parking: 11 staff spaces & visitor spaces per City Ordinance
• Zoning: Must comply as a permitted use
• Preferred Location: An area bounded on the west by Cherry Street & University Parkway; on the north by Northwest Boulevard; on the east by U.S. 311; and on the south by I-40. Site must be within two blocks of a WSTA bus route
