2009 Housing & Prequalification Symposium

The Forsyth Co. Dept. of Housing, the W-S Housing and Neighborhood Development, and other housing partners have planned a symposium to help you learn more about the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). This event will be held on the following dates:

Tuesday, April 28th (2:00 - 7:00 PM)
Reynolda Manor Branch Library Auditorium

Thursday, April 30 (3:30 - 8:00 PM)
Moses Cone Family Medicine Kernersville

Health Education Conference Room
1635 NC 66 South, Kernersville

The Neighborhood Stabilization Program offers new income limits for eligibility (example: a family of 4 whose total yearly household income is less than $69,840). NSP provides up to $25,000 in down payment assistance on the purchase of a foreclosed home (certain restrictions apply).
