Athena’s Run for GYN Cancers

Join the Athena’s Warriors team at Tanglewood Park on Saturday, October 6, 2012 for the Athena’s Run 5K & 1 mile walk!

The event is about celebrating those who have survived, honoring those who lost their battle, and encouraging those who are struggling today. Athena’s Run raises awareness and funds for the fight against gynecological cancers. The funds raised by Athena’s Run have also supported community lectures on a variety of GYN topics, as well as provided funding for the first GYN Cancer Survivors course in Winston-Salem.

The walk begins out of Shelter 4 with registration starting at 7:00 am
