Master Gardener Volunteers to Hold Statewide Conference

The 2014 North Carolina Extension Master Gardener Conference, Picture the Piedmont, invites you to come enjoy the beauty and the bounty of Piedmont North Carolina in early May. The conference officially opens Monday evening with an informal reception at the Red Barn at Tanglewood Park and a self­guided tour of the park’s Arboretum and Gardens. But pleas come early for one of the optional pre­conference tours and workshops offered during the day on Monday.

We’ll get down to business with advanced training all day Tuesday and continuing Wednesday morning with a variety of general and concurrent educational sessions that promise to boost your enthusiasm and expand your gardening knowledge. Please plan to join us in May for a memorable experience!
