2015 Postcard from Forsyth County Tax Office

The Forsyth County Tax Office mailed approximately 110,000 postcards, in January, to residential real estate properties. The postcards provide information about listing real estate improvements and personal property items acquired during the 2014 calendar year, as well as tax relief information.

Citizens owning personal property items that have already been listed will be sent a listing form describing the property. The listing form provides the opportunity to confirm, edit, add or remove personal property items. If you have no real estate improvements or personal property to list, you do not have to take any further action.
