Urban Farm School Application Season is Open!

Spring season is coming, which means we'll be planting fruits & vegetables soon! If you live in the city and you are interested in learning how to farm and sell produce at farmers markets, we invite you to apply for the Urban Farm School.

The Urban Farm School program offers economic opportunity for underemployed participants in underserved communities, while increasing community involvement and access to local, healthy foods. At the completion of this 12 week program, students earn a certificate of completion, gain work skills in gardening, learn produce handling & marketing, and are able to help feed families & neighbors.

NC Coop. Ext. Forsyth Co. is accepting applications for the Spring. Fill out the application https://tinyurl.com/yd8lftp8 then click submit. You can pick 1 up at 1450 Fairchild Rd, Winston-Salem between 8am - 5pm. Applications will be available 2/9 - 3/9. Thank you for your interest in the Urban Farm School.
