Spring 2019 Adult Education at the Arboretum at Tanglewood Park

N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center, and Extension Master Gardener volunteers invite you to attend the 2019 Spring Adult Education Classes at the Arboretum and Gardens at Tanglewood Park.

Classes are offered once a month from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. at the Arboretum office, 4201 Manor House Circle, Clemmons, NC 27012.

Registration is required and opens two weeks before each class. Register by calling 336-703-2850 or emailing coop-ext-registration@forsyth.cc. Space is limited.

This spring’s topics and speakers are:

  • January 23 - Trees, Shurbs, and Vines: Planting in Pots for Impact and Scale: Peggy Carter, Forsyth County Extension Master Gardener Volunteer
  • February 6 - How to Grow More Food with Less Work: Mary Jac Brennan, Extension Horticulture Agent
  • March 6 - Mushrooms: Ernie and Cathy Wheeler, Borrowed Land Farm
  • April 17 - Container Gardens: Gary Ritz, Forsyth County Extension Master Gardener Volunteer
