Forsyth County, in collaboration with the North Carolina Forest Service, is planning several woodland stewardship initiatives for county-owned property located at 4071 Rolling Hill Drive. We are hosting a neighborhood meeting to review the county’s woodland stewardship initiatives for this property and would appreciate your thoughts and input. These initiatives include vegetation control for invasive species, timber management and reforestation. An informal meeting will be held on July 8, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Alice Watts Tuttle Community Center (4225 Tobaccoville Road, Tobaccoville, NC 27050). Representatives from both the county and the North Carolina Forest Service will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
