Arboretum Adult Education Class Goes Virtual

We are excited to announce that we will move our Arboretum Adult Education class online in May. We hope you'll join us to learn more about gardening this month!

Current circumstances do not allow us to meet in-person, but we look forward to seeing you virtually! We are happy to continue this longstanding class series by moving it online using the Zoom online meeting platform. Registration is required as a security measure for this class, read on for details.

More Worrisome Weeds

Back by popular demand, please join Extension Agent Leslie Peck to practice identifying common weeds found in the garden. The class will cover weeds that might be growing in your landscape in May, as well as some tips for managing weeds. The focus of this class will be on weeds in ornamental landscapes and lawns.

As usual with our Arboretum Adult Education classes, registration is required and will open on Wednesday, May 6, two weeks prior to the class date. All registrants will receive more information about how to join using Zoom on Monday, May 18. Please visit the North Carolina Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center's eventbrite page for the registration information starting on May 6.
