Forsyth County JCPC Issues Requests for Proposals

The Forsyth County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council (JCPC) has studied the risk factors and needs of Juvenile Court involved youth in this county and hereby publishes the following two (2) Requests for Proposals:
FY21 JCPC - Gun and Gang Violence RFP
FY22 JCPC - RFP

The JCPC anticipates funds from the NC Department of Public Safety, Division of Adult Corrections and Juvenile Justice, Juvenile Community Programs section in the amount stated at the top of each Request for Proposal (RFP). In addition, The Forsyth County Board of County Commissioners has approved $400,000 in County Funds to help address the increase in youth gang and gun violence in Forsyth County. These County funds may be included in the FY21 JCPC - Gun and Gang Violence RFP to meet the identified need and may be used to meet the local match requirements for JCPC funds. Interested applicants are strongly encouraged to attend the Forsyth County JCPC Pre-Bid workshop on the February 10, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The workshop will review the purpose and intent of JCPC funds, the Request for Proposals, the application process and timeline and answer questions from potential applicants.
