Forsyth Public Health vaccine and testing sites will be closed Thursday for inclement weather

Due to expected inclement weather, the Forsyth County Department of Public Health will close its mass vaccination site at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds for Thursday, Feb. 18. All appointments for Feb. 18 have been rescheduled for Thursday, Feb. 25 with the same appointment time.

Forsyth County Public Health has also canceled its drive thru testing event for Thursday at EMS Triangle Station. The testing event located at Gate 9 of the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds is still currently planned for Saturday.

Forsyth County Public Health is assessing the situation for Friday with tentative plans to open the mass vaccination site. If there is a cancelation or delay, it will be announced through news and social media as well as the County and Public Health websites.
