Forsyth Creek Week Starts Saturday March 20th!

The health of our local creeks determines the water quality throughout the watershed, including the lakes and rivers that make up our municipal drinking water supplies. Healthy creeks also provide wildlife habitat, reduce flooding, and provide a place for people to connect with nature. Gain a better understanding of the creeks in your community by participating in Forsyth Creek Week, starting March 20, 2021 and extending through March 28. N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center, will be hosting a virtual Rainwater Harvesting workshop this year.
