Public Health continues to hold COVID-19 testing events

Forsyth County Department of Public Health is continuing to coordinate no cost drive-thru COVID-19 testing at different partner sites on Saturdays.

Testing will be held:
May 1 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at FTCC Transportation Technology Center, 4255 N. Patterson Ave.
May 8 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at Galilee Missionary Baptist, 4129 Northampton Drive
May 15 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at Triangle Station EMS (Waughtown), 3260 Kernersville Road
May 22 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at Galilee Missionary Baptist, 4129 Northampton Drive

Forsyth County Department of Public Health's testing is done in partnership with StarMed Healthcare. There are still numerous other sites doing testing throughout the week. Visit https://covid19.ncdhhs.gov/ and click on “Find a Testing Place” to find testing locations near you.

Testing is still an important part of containing the spread of COVID-19, since it allows those who are positive to get the proper treatment and isolate themselves, so they don’t infect others. Those exhibiting symptoms or who think they’ve been exposed to COVID-19 are encouraged to get tested.
