Holiday Med Instead of Meds - Back by Popular Demand!

Did you miss the Med Instead of Meds Program Series in July? No problem, it's back by popular demand for the holiday season! TWO SESSIONS will be available and cover the same material. Register for the session that best fits your schedule.

Session 1 - November 1, 2021 - December 13, 2021 on Mondays, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.- holiday week off

Session 2 - December 2, 2021 – January 20, 2022 on Thursdays, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.- holiday weeks off

The Med Instead of Meds class series will help you Go Med by exploring 7 simple steps to eating the Med Way even during the holiday season.
