Forsyth County accepting input on Multi-Use Agricultural Event Center through April 30

Forsyth County Government is accepting additional online feedback on the possibility of building a Multi-Use Agricultural Event Center in Tobaccoville, until April 30.

An online input survey, along with information about the project, can be found at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MUAECrollinghills.

In 2016, Forsyth County voters approved Parks & Recreation Facilities Bonds, which included $5 million to develop a Multi-Use Agricultural Event Center at a County park. After considering several County park locations, the Rolling Hills Drive property in Tobaccoville is being evaluated as a potential site. Additionally, the Forsyth County Center for the N.C. Cooperative Extension would be relocated to the site from its current location on Fairchild Drive in Winston-Salem. Cooperative Extension focuses on sustaining agriculture and forestry, protecting the environment, and youth and family development programs and initiatives.
