Community feedback needed on behavioral health services

We’re seeking community input on local mental health, substance use and behavioral health services in Forsyth County.

Forsyth County Behavioral Health Services (BHS) has engaged the Human Services Research Institute (HSRI) to assess the county’s system of services and supports for youth, adults and families with mental health, substance use and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities.

You can contribute to the assessment by leaving your comments on our online form.

Findings from the assessment will be presented in a final report available to the public in June 2026.
